We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (Security) with at least 10 years of experience managing projects in large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structured SDLC processes and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, depending on size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Utilize formal project management methodologies, including project tracking, risk management, stakeholder analysis, and status reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate project updates and status reports effectively to stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and best practices.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Utilize Smartsheet for project tracking (experience is a plus but not required training can be provided).

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience in large enterprise settings.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, adapting to shifting priorities and complexities.
  • Strong understanding of structured SDLC processes and all project management execution practices.
  • Expertise in formal project tracking, risk management, stakeholder analysis, and status reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Smartsheet for project tracking.
  • PMP or other project management certification.
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
